UPHOLDING LISS PROGRAM (LOW-COST)

The main objective of the program is to maintain the technical cleaning services already carried out in the fuel tanks, ensuring that these tanks always remain in service and with a product framed in the ISO 4406 Standard. With this procedure, it is guaranteed that the tanks do not return to a critical state and that they always remain available for support operations. On the other hand, due to the characteristics of this low-cost program, it is estimated that it can be a great option to generate additional income for your company.

Technical reports from each service will be presented with information on the status of the tanks.
You will be informed in real time about the development of the service, in order to be able to take corrective measures quickly. This ensures that the tanks will return to operation in the shortest time possible.
In all cases of generators that have daily tanks, (up to 300 gls approx.) this will be included in the agreed maintenance price.

MANHOLES MAINTENANCE AND REPLACEMENT OF THE SEALS AND SCREWS

It is essential to protect your fuel tank not only inside but outside the surfaces of the tank, especially the manholes. Thats why we offer a complete maintenance of these, including the total remove of oxidation and protecting them using a special corrosion inhibitor, as well as the replacement of the screws and gaskets to assure the deposit and make sure any contaminant or free water will leak into the tank.

FUEL PURIFER

Our specialized purification unit guarantees a fuel completely free of water and sediments due to a powerful cellulose filtration medium that retains particles down to 1 micron and 100% of humidity.

For tanks with high sedimentation, it is recommended to carry out a fuel polishing and bottom sweep service and include the deposit in a periodic maintenance cycle every six months, until it has been completely controlled.
